This is a revitalizing workshop for body, mind and spirit. By staying in the present moment with pranayama breath (yogic breathing) you will bring the body and mind into deep relaxation. You will move slowly through your body with gentle massaging of all muscles while connecting your breath with every movement to stay in the present moment. You will also experience chanting of mantras, yoga asanas, and at the end of your practice a guided meditation for more relaxation. All of these simple techniques can be brought into everyday life for refreshing and renewing the whole body and being.
